Kernvek GmbH manufactures and supplies diesel generators and frequency converters. All products are subject to technical modifications and improvements. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
All quotations are non-binding unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to our written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as agreed in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to require advance payment or security.
We provide warranty in accordance with applicable German law. The warranty period is 12 months from delivery unless otherwise agreed. Warranty claims must be reported immediately.
Our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit unless required by mandatory law.
These terms and conditions are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Germany.
